Finished right. Permitted. Closed out.

Final Touch Builders is a Florida state-certified building and roofing contractor. Roofs, impact windows, remodels and additions — taken from the first walk-through to the final inspection, anywhere in Florida.

Both certifications can be checked on the Florida DBPR license portal.

What “the final touch” means here

A job isn't done when the crew packs up. It's done when the punch list is clear, the inspector has signed off and the permit shows as closed — so nothing comes back to you at a sale, a refinance or an insurance claim. That last step is the one we never skip.

How a job runs, start to closed permit

  1. 1

    Walk-through

We see the job in person, listen to what you want, and look for what's behind the problem.

  2. 2

    Written scope

You get the work, the materials and the permit plan in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Permit & build

Permits pulled under our state certifications where the work needs them, then built in the right order.

  4. 4

    Inspect & close

Punch list walked with you, final inspection passed, permit closed. Then the job is finished.

About Final Touch Builders

Two state certifications. One contractor answerable for the job.

Florida certifies contractors at the state level. A certified building contractor can build, add on and remodel; a certified roofing contractor can permit and install roofs. We hold both, so the structure, the openings and the roof over them are handled by the same company — and the permit has a name on it you can check.

State certifications aren't limited to one city or county, which is why we can take on work anywhere in Florida.

Licensing

Both are valid in every Florida county. Look either number up on the Florida DBPR license portal.

Anywhere in Florida, built to local rules

The certifications travel statewide; the building rules change with the map. We build to the requirements where your house actually is.

Miami-Dade & Broward

The High-Velocity Hurricane Zone: products need approval for that zone, and installation is held to its stricter rules.

Palm Beach to the Treasure Coast

Florida Building Code wind requirements for the location, with Florida Product Approval on windows, doors and shutters.

Central Florida & the Gulf Coast

Orlando, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples and the towns between them.

North Florida & the Panhandle

Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Pensacola and everywhere in between.
